COLLEGE SERVICES

High school students participating in the College in High School Program are entitled to the following benefits:

TRANSCRIPTS

At the conclusion of each course, the instructor will submit all student final grades to the respective high school guidance department where the grade will appear on the student’s high school report card and high school transcript. The instructor will also submit the final grades to the Registrar’s Office at SUNY Cobleskill.

Students are entitled to one free official transcript from SUNY Cobleskill if requested in writing. Subsequent copies of transcripts may be obtained by written request for $5.00 for each request by contacting the Registrar’s Office (see Transcript Request Form).

COLLEGE DIVISION ADVISOR

Each participating School within SUNY Cobleskill has a regular staff member to serve as a college advisor (department chair or designee) for the respective courses. This college advisor has the responsibility of calling a meeting of the teachers each semester to exchange views on the progress of the courses sponsored by the department. (This will be a coordinated effort within the respective departments within the college). Each college advisor is expected to visit a regular classroom session, to observe the performance of the students enrolled in the respective course, the quality of the teaching, and the use of instructional materials and other resources.
