Zingale has recommended to the chancellor the appointment of Dr. Debra Thatcher as the next provost and vice president for academic affairs at the College, effective Jan. 19. Thatcher replaces Dr. Anne Myers, who returns to the faculty after eight years as vice president, including two years as SUNY Cobleskill's officer in charge prior to the arrival of Zingale in 2008.
