(This way is shorter, but you do have to deal with an easy detour.)
Route 7 West to SUNY Cobleskill:
Coming from the east on Route 7 through village of Cobleskill, you will pass McDonalds on the left. Because of bridge construction, you will need to take the following detour: At the light in the center of town turn left. Park Movie Theater will be on your right after you make the turn. Go under the railroad bridge, and take your first right onto MacArthur Avenue. Follow MacArthur Avenue until you see Bridge Apartments on your right and then immediately on left is the entrance to campus. Go straight on Schoharie Parkway South and at the Stop Sign is Bouck Hall. Make left and proceed to F Lot.
If you miss the turn onto Schoharie Parkway, no problem: simply turn left when you come to Rte. 7 (You'll see the bridge construction on your right – can't go that way.) Follow Rte. 7 until you come to the main entrance to the Cobleskill campus – turn left at the light, and then follow signs to "F" Lot. Bouck Hall is by the circle.
