Commencement will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2014.
The ceremony will be held on the Athlectic Field weather permitting.
Indoor location will be Bouck Hall Gymnasium.

The ceremony lasts approximately 2 hours.
A reception will be held in Bouck Ballroom immediately following the ceremony. Graduates and their guests are cordially invited to join faculty and staff for this occasion.
Outdoor ceremony is unlimited seating.
Indoor, each student who confirms their parcipation will receive three tickets.
Only guests with a ticket will be allowed to enter Bouck Hall Gymnasium.
Due to the popularity of commencement, extra tickets are not available.
There is no reserved seating for guests. It is recommended that guests arrive early.
If you need accommodations during the commencement ceremony due to physical disability, please contact the Office of Campus Events and Conferences at (518)255-5690 or email us by May 1. If you do not let us know what you need by May 1, we will not be able to accommodate you on the day of commencement.
Graduation regalia will be available to purchase in the Campus Bookstore on April 1, 2014. No need to pre-order.

Diplomas will not be distributed at Commencement. They will be mailed to each graduate's permanent home address approximately 2 months after certification by the faculty that all graduation requirements have been met.

To assure that your diploma gets to you, be sure that the college has your permanent address. You should contact the Registrar (518) 255-5522 to make sure that they have your correct address.
