The Farm and Food Entrepreneurship Certificate program is the first online program at SUNY Cobleskill. The curriculum prepares students for a variety of work experiences in the agricultural sector and beyond, focusing on technical and soft skills required for entrepreneurship and management. Financial management, accounting, marketing, business planning, and value-added production figure prominently in the curriculum. The Certificate program is comprised entirely of online courses offered by faculty in the Agricultural Business Management, Business Administration, and Animal/Plant Science program areas. The online format and flexible design make this an accessible program to learners across New York State and beyond.

This Certificate program will be offered starting Fall 2022 and Financial Aid is available.

In addition to the core curriculum, students can choose courses whose contents fit their unique interests (retailing, e-marketing, sustainability and more).
