This website will offer a step-by-step guide to help you prepare for classes this fall. In the months leading up to your first semester, you will receive information from a variety of on-campus offices, so be sure to check your mailbox regularly.
Register for an Accepted Student Day (ASD).
This event will showcase the SUNY Cobleskill campus, provide valuable information about the College community, and allow you to register for classes.

File for financial aid.
Financial Award letters will start being mailed the first week in March.
Follow these instructions on accepting your financial aid.
Activate your SUNY Cobleskill email account to:
Housing information is mailed to students who plan to live on campus and have paid the advanced housing deposit. Students must login with their Cobleskill email and complete the online housing survey by June 1 for best consideration of their preferences. The housing survey will be available in March.
Log onto Banner Web to:
1. Pay your tuition and room deposit
2. View your financial aid award (Beginning in March)
3. Complete the Student Code of Conduct affirmation.
Athletes, be sure to fill out an Athletic Recruitment Form so that the Department of Sport and Exercise knows you’re interested in playing a sport.
Begin checking out meal plan options.
Begin searching for jobs posted exclusively for SUNY Cobleskill students.
Send the Admissions Office your:
1. Final High School Transcript
2. Advanced Placement Score Reports
3. Any other documents that indicate credits you have earned.

Order your textbooks through our Barnes & Noble campus bookstore.
Contact the Merits Program coordinator to ensure that everything is set for the fall semester.
Begin looking through the list of SUNY Cobleskill Clubs.
Check your residence hall assignment.
In July your hall assignment will be available as well as other important information about your roommate, including their name and phone number. You will also receive information about arrival to campus, residence hall check-in, and things you may want to bring for your room.
Purchase a parking pass and register your vehicle.
The first college bill will be sent from the Student Accounts Office.
Complete the web-based check-in process.
