Combining the expertise of our professional staff with the college's actively involved Equine Studies faculty and students, the Center offers unparalleled boarding and horse care services. Students of all majors are welcomed, in fact encouraged, to bring their horses to campus and board them at the Center.
Many will find the cost of doing so is less than leaving their horses behind at their home town barn! All services of the center are available to the public, including boarding.
Boarding services include:
Stall
Daily mucking
Bedding (shavings)
Two times daily feedings
Four times daily hay
Daily turn-out
Administration of medications and supplements
Use of indoor and outdoor arenas
Use of trails around the Equestrian Center
Our first priority is care of the horse!
Additional fees are applied for special services
Medications:
The staff will administer medications as necessary
Paddocks & Pastures:
The Equestrian Center has turn-out paddocks and pastures available for all horses. Every day, weather permitting, horses are turned out by the staff/students.
