New this year, we now require property owners annually to submit a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy (CO), for each unit as issued by the local authority in order to be listed. If the CO copy is not provided, we will be unable to list your property.
Requirements: All students who are first-time, full-time SUNY Cobleskill students and all other 2008-2009 academic year resident students are obligated to a one-year agreement to reside on campus. Requests to terminate the Terms and Conditions of Residence Hall Occupancy Agreement (to move off campus) during the time of the Agreement must be submitted in writing to the Director of Residential Life for review
