IPEDS

 

The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) is the core postsecondary education data college program for the National Center for Education Statistics.

 

National Survey of Student Engagement

 

The NSSE survey provides data to higher education institutions to assess and improve their undergraduate education. In 2013, more than 500 US college and universities participated. SUNY Cobleskill will be participating in the Spring 2014 semester, and invitations will be sent to first-year and senior-year students in bachelor's degree programs. The survey is administered online and takes about 15 minutes to complete. Summaries of the college's results from previous years can be seen below.

SUNY Student Opinion Survey

 

This survey is administered across the State University of New York system every three years. It uses a random sample of students and takes about 20 minutes to complete. The survey assesses students' satisfaction with their college experience.

U.S. News & World Report

 

SUNY Cobleskill ranks among the Best Regional Colleges in the North in the most recent U.S. News rankings. In 2014, U.S. News also calculated predicted graduation rates based on various student and college characteristics. SUNY Cobleskill is listed as an Overperforming Regional College as its actual graduation rate exceeds its predicted graduation rate for bachelor's degree students.
