Interested in becoming a Caterpillar technician or parts professional? The first step
is to get a quality education. MiltonCAT partners in education with SUNY Cobleskill’s
Diesel Technology, Power Machinary, and Agriculture Equipment Technology Programs.
As a student, you will follow this curriculum to earn an Associate’s Degree or Bachelors
Degree, and along the way learn how to work on Caterpillar equipment using the latest
technology and tooling. During the summers between semesters, you will have the opportunity
to Co-op at one of Milton CAT’s 13 full-service locations in Maine, New Hampshire,
Vermont, New York, or Massachusetts. This summer experience will provide you with
a good paying job and will prepare you to become a member of Milton CAT’s 500-person
technical staff.
