Information Technology Services (ITS) Department at SUNY Cobleskill provides our students a unique mentoring program at the ITS Helpdesk. As the student employment sector of our department, the ITS Helpdesk provides its students with - real world work experiences in customer service and technology support that they can take with them to the job market whatever their future career choice.
Students selected to become part of our IT support team are trained by and work side by side with ITS professional staff to deliver a wide variety of technology support services through the ITS Helpdesk, the open access computer labs, classroom and media support services available to the entire SUNY Cobleskill campus community.
