The details below only apply if weather necessitates an indoor ceremony.
All students will be notified of the ceremony decision through their campus email accounts on Wednesday, May 6
Telephone inquiries about the location decision can be made by contacting the College
voice message system 518-255-3434 after 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6.
Tickets
- You must have previously confirmed your participation in ceremony on your graduation
application in order to receive your three (3) guest tickets.
- Tickets (3) will be disbursed when you pick up your regalia at the College Store.
- You must have a picture ID and sign to receive your tickets (3).
- IF purchasing regalia through mail order you will need to pick up your tickets (3)
from the College Store. This can be done the day of ceremony or if you are on campus
prior to Commencement. You must have a picture ID and sign to receive your tickets
(3). You will also be given your name card at this time.
- Tickets are required only if ceremony is held indoors. Please remind your guests that
they need to arrive with tickets in hand in order to be seated.
- Guests without tickets may watch the Commencement ceremony via telecast in Bouck Hall
Theater.
If inclement weather has been predicted for Commencement Day, a separate ceremony for each school will be held in Bouck Hall Gymnasium. Guest will not be allowed to enter without ticket in hand.
School of Agriculture and Natural Resources - 10:00 a.m.
Student line-up: 9:00 a.m., Bouck Hall Ballroom
Doors for ceremony will open at 9:00 a.m.
Reception Bouck Hall Ballroom, 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
School of Business and Liberal Arts and Sciences -1:30 p.m.
Student line-up: 12:30 p.m.
Doors for ceremony will open at 12:50 p.m.
