Withdrawal From Courses
To Drop a course during the add/drop period, listed in the important dates above, you will select “Web Drop”, following the instructions listed below.
A student may withdraw from a course(s) according to the schedule above and will receive a final grade of "W." If you wish to withdraw from a course, you may do so through your Banner Web account without seeking signatures/permission from your instructor(s) and advisor. Please see the schedule of important dates above and instructions below.
Course withdrawal is like dropping a course during the add/drop period, instead of selecting “Web Drop” you select “Web Withdrawal”. Please be very careful about withdrawing from a course through your Banner Web account as you cannot “undo” and add courses back to your schedule. Withdrawing may have an impact on your financial aid. If you have any concerns regarding your financial aid, please contact the Financial Aid Office (financialaid@cobleskill.edu) before you withdraw from a course.
