Ways to find an off-campus Mental Health Provider

1.  Contact your Primary Healthcare Provider for a referral

2.  Contact your insurance company for a list of providers.  The number can usually be found on the back of your insurance card.

3.  Use an on-line provider search site.  Below are two on-line sites that can be helpful when finding a mental health provider:
